Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping option: Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The exact shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalise your purchase.

Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address for an order already placed, please contact us as soon as possible at care@lumis-beauty.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee any changes once the order has been processed for shipment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

UK VAT & Customs Duties

Since our products are dispatched from our international warehouse, the following rules apply to orders delivered to the United Kingdom:

- Orders under £135: In accordance with UK government regulations, VAT is calculated and collected at checkout. You should not be required to pay additional import VAT or handling fees upon delivery.

- Orders over £135: These may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and courier handling fees. These charges are imposed by the UK authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
